Lazarini’s Prologue LMS concept blends the visual histories of the Audi marque, and shows a rather distinct familial resemblance. Look close and you’ll see racing inspiration from the legendary Audi Sport Quattro rally car, the recent Audi TT Clubsport Turbo, and the storming Audi R8 LMS race car.
The Audi Prologue LMS is still a figment of the digital world, nevertheless Lazarini has pondered the concept’s power plant and drivetrain. “The engine I thought of was something close to what was proposed in the Audi Prologue Piloted Driving concept,” says Lazarini, which combined twin-turbo V8 with an electric motor to create a hybrid setup with 677 horsepower. Let’s go racing, indeed.
