This variant marks a significant shift from the previous-generation SVR, replacing the old supercharged 5.0-liter V-8 with a new twin-turbocharged 4.4-liter V-8 engine. The new engine, sourced from BMW but customized with a Land Rover ECU, intake, and exhaust, delivers an impressive 626 horsepower and 553 pound-feet of torque, surpassing the previous engine’s 575 horsepower and 516 pound-feet of torque.
