Sam Moores Photography recently had the opportunity to shoot this beautiful, one-off Ferrari F40 at a dealership before delivery, producing these stunning results.

Aqua Blue Ferrari F40 Photoshoot by Sam Moores Photography

At first glance, you might assume this F40 is  Ferrari’s Tour de France Blue. However, the car was actually sent to Ferrari in Italy to be painted in Porsche’s Aqua Blue at the request of the owner. Since the photoshoot, the car has been delivered and has already been spotted driving around the streets of Central London, sporting an amazingly appropriate number plate.

Around 1300 examples of the legendary F40 were made, but this is almost certainly the only one in this colour. Its low weight of just 1,100kg paired with a twin-turbocharged 2.9 litre V8 producing 478hp and 424 lb-ft of torque makes it capable of performing 0-60mph in as low as 3.8 seconds, and a top speed of 200mph. It held the title of fastest production car between 1987 and 1991, until it was outdone by Bugatti’s EB110 GT.
