Renault’s Sport R.S. 01 is a monster of a race car that’s powered by a Nismo 3.8-liter V6, borrowed from the Nissan GT-R. It can generate 500 hp and 44s lb-ft of torque, making it quite the powerful vehicle when you considering its light weight of 2,425 lbs.

Now, those aforementioned specs are great for a race car, but even moreso for a police car. And that’s why Renault Sport turned the car into the “interceptor” and made it one of the world’s fastest cop cars.
