BMW has released pricing of the all-new 8-Series Coupe, in its home market of Germany.

It is available in two trim levels, the 840d diesel and M850i petrol, both of them with xDrive all-wheel drive, starting at €100,000 ($116,023) and €125,700 ($145,841), respectively.

The first one makes use of a twin-turbo 3.0-liter six-cylinder diesel engine. It generates 320PS (315hp / 235kW) and 680Nm (580lb-ft) of torque, and allows the model to sprint from rest to 100km/h (0-62mph) in 4.9 seconds.
