New Jersey-based Triton Solar, which we didn’t know about before, today announced a new all-electric SUV – the Triton Model H – with a special specification.
Triton says the Model H electric SUV will feature a massive 200 kWh battery to deliver more than 700 miles (1,126 km) of range on a single charge! Well, that range might be long, but we don’t know if 200kWh will be enough to drive 700 kilometers in such a large vehicle. In terms of powertrain, there will be four electric motors, one per wheel, for all drives and a total system of 1,500 hp (1.1 MW). According to Triton, that will be enough for 0-100 km/h in 2.9 seconds, but can it do a tanky ride like the Rivian R1T?
